Mail ticket orders are being processed and tickets are being mailed. We ask for your patience. The processing tends to be concentrated on the weekends because that is when committee members have more time. Once the order is processed it is transferred to the mailing team. The whole process, from the time the order is mailed until you receive your tickets may take up to three weeks, depending on when the order arrives and when volunteers are available. We ask that you not contact us with “Where are my tickets?” inquiries until at least three weeks after you mail the order. We hope to turn most orders around in less time than that but, as volunteers, sometimes other priorities can come into play. If after three weeks, you have not received your tickets, then please feel free to contact the ticket committee directly with your details at email@example.com. Thanks again for your patience.
