We are here to serve members of the media who will be covering Hamvention® and members of the public who will be attending.  We want to make your Hamvention® visit as pleasant as possible. If you are unable to find what you need in the links below please contact the committee at media@hamvention.org for assistance.

We are happy to provide media credentials for working journalists who intend to do stories about Hamvention. We thank you for all the coverage in the past. To submit a formal request for media credentials please click on the “Media Credentials Request Form” above, and complete it to obtain media credentials. If you are unable to provide a copy of press credentials, please provide a way to verify your position, such as a web address, masthead, letterhead, etc. We will send an email confirmation when we receive your request. Listed below are our procedures for getting media credentials to you when  you arrive at Hamvention.

Media credentials will be available in the Media Office near the main pedestrian entrance. Media personnel are parking in the volunteer-committee lots. To access the media office enter at Gate 4 on the map linked below. Look for temporary media parking on the right side. The first red rectangle between Gate 7 and 8 is the media office which will be located in a temporary office structure. There is a large MEDIA sign. Stop in and pick up your materials.
