Welcome to the Flea Market

Welcome to the 2026 Dayton Hamvention® Flea Market webpage. As we move towards another great year at the Greene County Fair and Exposition Center, we’re continuing to put forth an effort to make improvements that will help everyone enjoy their visit. Our goal is to move forward and continue to provide visitors and vendors alike with whatever is within our means, to make 2026 another memorable year.

As you plan for your visit, please keep in mind that the Flea Market committee fields and responds to many e-mails and phone calls. Each one is important and we make every effort to respond in an expedient time. As we work through all the requests, we appreciate your patience, while we attempt to support your needs with your reservation process.

Throughout the year, we receive comments that are considered and help us make decisions to better our service for you. Please take a few minutes to read through the 2026 Flea Market Rules and Information, as there may be some changes that might affect your planning, making your reservation and attending this year’s event.

During the 2025 year, we underwent a restructuring of Flea Market space numbers, which may have affected some of you and although we believe that the process is completed, there’s a potential that a few numbers may still need to be adjusted, but the number of those is a very few. As before, space numbers may have changed, but the physical location of your space(s) will remain the same however, if relocation becomes necessary, we will work to reach a solution that should be agreeable to all parties involved.

The Flea Market e-mail address is:  fleamarket@Hamvention.org , which can be used as your point of contact, for assistance. Each e-mail will be responded to in the order that they’re received, so responses may not be immediate, but you’re not being ignored. In addition, the Flea Market cell phone is: 937-603-8411. This can be used to contact the Flea Market Chairman by either a phone call or sending a text message. Please save this number as “Flea Market Cell”. Doing so will allow you to identify us, if we need to contact you.

PLEASE NOTE:  Sending e-mails, regarding Flea Market concerns, to Hamvention® personnel or committees, other than the Flea Market will only delay a response from the Flea Market committee. E-mails sent to any personal addresses will be forwarded to the Flea Market’s email, before being read. When sending e-mails, please do not send more than one, unless the newer e-mail contains important information not contained in a previous one. Multiple e-mails may create unnecessary delays in processing a reservation or responding to a request. Calls made to personal home telephones are a disturbance to our families, so please respect this.

As always, we remain eager to assist you and help make this another great year for the greatest amateur radio attraction in the world, the Dayton Hamvention® and as we continue to improve, we continue to be grateful for your patience and continued support of this amazing event.

From all of us at the Dayton Amateur Radio Association and especially the Flea Market Committee, we thank you for your continued support of the Dayton Hamvention®.
