By attending Hamvention®, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending Hamvention®, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and covenant not to sue and agree not to hold the Dayton Amateur Radio Association, Hamvention®, American Radio Relay League, Greene County Fairgrounds and Expo Center or any of their directors, officers, employees, contractors, vendors or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. While the Dayton Amateur Radio Association implements preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in accordance with Federal, State and Local guidelines, we cannot guarantee that attendees will not become infected with COVID-19 as a result of attendance.
If you opted to roll over your 2020 Hamvention General Admission tickets, you will be mailed your 2021 tickets very soon and need do nothing. If you have not received them by December 1, please email email@example.com and we will research it.

Student Tickets – Good for all three days!
All persons over 12 years of age attending Hamvention® are required to have an admission ticket. Age 12 years and under are admitted free without a ticket if accompanied by a valid ticket holder. Junior High thru High School students can obtain a free ticket at the Will Call window at the pedestrian entrance. Teachers may order student tickets by making their request on school letterhead and sending to firstname.lastname@example.org or mailing to PO Box 1446, Dayton, OH 45401-1446.
Student Ticket Drawings
You must deposit your registration stub in the student ticket drum to be eligible. The student drum is located in Building 4.

Any orders postmarked after April 30th will be returned unopened.
