Unfortunately, several setbacks in the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic make necessary the difficult decision to cancel Hamvention 2021. Hundreds of volunteers have been working to do everything necessary to bring this Hamvention to the many amateur radio enthusiasts and vendors who support the Dayton Hamvention.

Those who had their flea market orders deferred last year will be deferred again. Those who purchased 2021 flea market orders will also be deferred. If you desire a refund instead please email and we will contact you.

General Information

Whether attendees scoured the Flea Market for a unique item, looked to find equipment to fulfill their “dream” of building a tower or a radio, saw old friends or had the occasion to make new ones, people were “imagining the possibilities.” Others still have the “dream” to attend a Dayton Hamvention. We invite you and hope you can realize your “dream” to attend Dayton Hamvention® 2021.

Flea Market Webpage Welcome

Welcome to the 2021 Dayton Hamvention® Flea Market webpage. Following the onset of the COVID-19 virus, resulting in the required cancellation of the 2020 Hamvention® event, we’re looking forward to a wonderful recovery season for 2021. As with each of the previous years at the Greene County Fair and Exposition Center, we’re continuing to make further progress to bring you a great event. As always, this will continue to be a year of evolving adjustment for everyone, to make 2021 another memorable year.

As you once again plan for your visit, we ask that you remain patient, while working through the reservation process. The Flea Market committee will be glad to assist you, wherever needed.

One thing that is extremely important this year is for returning vendors that had their 2020 reservation funds applied as a credit towards your 2021 reservation. As this is the first time we’ve ever forwarded credit, from one year to the next, we want to be sure that everything has transferred correctly. Given that, please login to your account and check the details of your reservation, to be certain that everything is correct.

Also, please read through the Rules and Information carefully, to help make your reservation process easier.

By attending Hamvention ® , you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending Hamvention ® , you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and covenant not to sue and agree not to hold the Dayton Amateur Radio Association, Hamvention ® , American Radio Relay League, Greene County Fairgrounds and Expo Center or any of their directors, officers, employees, contractors, vendors or volunteers liable for any illness or injury. accordance with Federal, State and Local guidelines, we cannot guarantee that attendees will not become infected with COVID-19 as a result of attendance.

The Flea Market e-mail address is: , which can be used as your point of contact, for assistance.

NOTE: E-mails sent to any personal addresses will be forwarded to the Flea Market’s e-mail, before being addressed. When sending e-mails, please do not send more than one, unless the newer e-mail contains important information not contained in a previous e-mail. Multiple e-mails may create unnecessary delays in processing a reservation or responding to a request. Calls made to personal home telephones are a disturbance to our families, so please respect this.

As always, we remain eager to assist you and help make this another remarkable year for the greatest amateur radio attraction in the world, the Dayton Hamvention® and while we continue to work through our growth process, we will continue to be grateful for your patience and continued support of this amazing event.

From all of us on the Flea Market Committee, thank you for your continued support of the Dayton Hamvention®.
