IMPORTANT CHANGES PLEASE READ

The 2027 show introduces new software to address our previous issues with antiquated software. All
entry tickets are electronic QR codes! No paper tickets exist or mailed. This includes General Admission and Fleamarket Admission tickets. Some Fleamarket items, such as booth and parking hangers remain paper at this time.

When clicking the link below, you are taken to our ticket processor which is fairs.com for orders. This goes directly to their order item page. Using this system provides several enhancements. We have kept the ticket prices the same (including early bird) as last year and we absorb the credit card fees. However, there is a fairs.com ticket processing fee on your order which is detailed before final processing. While this is a new fee, we would have been forced to increase the ticket prices dramatically as replacing our in-house servers and software was extremely pricey as it was past end of life.

One major advantage to this upgrade, your tickets are delivered electronically via text or email. The QR codes may be added to your phone’s wallet so you don’t lose them or worry about leaving them at home. You may still print the QR code on your personal system and use that for entry.

All admission tickets will be scanned at the gate during entry. A reentry system will be available for you to take your purchase to your vehicle and return to the show daily.

Another advantage is if you cannot find your QR codes, simply go to fairs.com and click “find tickets” where you can resend or print them.

NO WILL CALL PROVIDED OR NEEDED!

NO USPS LOST OR DELAYED MAIL!

You may still visit the ticket trailer with any questions and cash sales.

However, if you do not have ticket and are paying by credit card, an agent will be walking entry line and can sell them to you. Your tickets arrive immediately on your phone. You no longer have to go to the ticket trailer to purchase tickets except when paying in cash.

YOU MAY NOW ORDER STUDENT TICKETS AT THE SAME TIME AS YOUR REGULAR ONES.

Hams and vendors hoping to attend Hamvention 2022 are asking questions about plans to deal with COVID. Hamvention management is monitoring the situation closely. General Chairman Rick Allnutt, WS8G, has issued the following statement:

“We strongly anticipate that the Hamvention 2022 is a go. We cannot guarantee what government may decide about unknown changes in the pandemic.  It has become obvious that the State of Ohio is very unlikely to call a halt to large gatherings anytime soon. Despite a recent large spike in Omicron COVID cases and hospitalizations, there is no move to restrict large indoor or outdoor events such as sports events.”

Allnutt added that he anticipates the official state guidance may be to recommend (but not require) wearing a mask and social distancing. Hamvention will support state guidance.  We do not anticipate checking immunization status on site.

Some have asked whether COVID testing will be available at Hamvention. At this time there are no plans to have testing on site. Watch hamvention.org for any updates dealing with the COVID situation.
