Each year Hamvention hosts dozens of forums covering a variety of topics ranging from antenna design to software-defined radio and everything in between. This year will be no exception as attendees will be able to choose from over two dozen forums scheduled throughout the event.
Thank you for your interest in presenting a Forum for Hamvention 2026. The following information should help answer questions about the application process.
- Please fill out the application form found on this web site no later than February 1st, 2026. Our goal is to have the forum schedule done and confirmation emails back early March 2026.
- We don’t automatically renew every Forum from year to year. We do our best to phase out low interest Forums and add interesting new ones. Each year we have more requests than available spots.
- Even if you have presented for many years, please fill out the application form. Forum Moderators should make one submission which includes all of their Speakers.
- We use the application to both choose Forums as well as generate information for our printed program, website, and phone app. As such, your application information should include full names and call signs for all Speakers.
- The most successful Forums are ones which are well publicized and have a high interest level. Manufacturer/ product demos are better served in the exhibitor areas. Keep this in mind when planning your Forum.
